Residents of Ntwetwe Constituency in Kyankwanzi District are demanding answers after their Member of Parliament, Dr Edward Kikabi, was reportedly intercepted and taken away by unidentified individuals while travelling to Kiboga with his wife, with authorities yet to issue an official statement.

Residents of Ntwetwe Constituency in Kyankwanzi District have expressed concern and uncertainty following the reported detention of their Member of Parliament, Edward Kikabi, by unidentified individuals while he was travelling to Kiboga Town with his wife.

According to eyewitness accounts, the legislator was intercepted on Thursday morning by unknown persons travelling in an unmarked vehicle along the route to Kiboga District, before being taken to an undisclosed destination under circumstances that remain unclear.
